Dr. Zubin Sharma is a Senior Consultant, G.I. Endoscopist, Endosonologist. He has the largest individual experience in Endoscopic Ultrasound in this part of the region. And has performed first ever Endoscopic Ultrasound in Ganganagar and in this part of the region in April 2016. After passing his M.B.B.S, and later completing his M.D. in Internal Medicine, he went to Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, Maharashtra in 2012 as a Senior Registrar in the Department of Gastroenterology and Endoscopy. He later completed his Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Endoscopy from the same Institute in 2014. Soon after he went to The Netherlands as a Clinical Fellow in the Department of Gastroenterology and Advanced Endoscopy, Academic Medical Centre, Amsterdam under Prof. Paul Fockens and completed his ESGE Fellowship in ERCP and Endoscopic Ultrasound. Later he cleared his M.R.C.P. examination from United Kingdom (UK) and went to Kings College Hospital, London, England as a Fellow and trainee in the Department of Hepatology for training in Transplant and Intensive Care Hepatology. He also went for Observership in Endoscopic Ultrasound at Asian Institute Of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad under Dr. Nageshwar Reddy and Dr. Sundeep Lakhtakia.

Dr. Zubin Sharma has done pioneering work in the field of Endoscopic Ultrasound and other Advanced Endoscopic procedures in this part of region and Rajasthan. He also had the opportunity to perform and report the first EUS-FNA and Cystogastrostomy in this part of Region, thereby pioneering Interventional EUS procedures.
